How to submit your abstract

Deadline for abstract submission is the 17th of March 2019.
Each author can submit only one abstract as first author.

 

Step 1 “Abstract preparation”

Write your abstract using the template word file (download it here). The length of the abstract must not exceed two pages (references included). Figures, tables, drawings or chemical formula must not be included.

 

Step 2 “Abstract submission”

Insert the user ID and password you received after registration.
Choose if you prefer to present an oral lecture or a poster presentation.
Upload your abstract using the “Select File” button. Abstract must be .doc or .docx documents.
Submit your abstract using the “Submit your abstract” button.

Please note that all abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be included in the conference proceedings. If you need to make some correction you can simply re-submit your abstract using the procedure above described. Please, note that when you re-submit your corrected abstract the previous one will be deleted with no possibilities to recovery.
